With the further deepening of the world ’s energy crisis, the role of wind power as aclean energy in power systems is becoming increasingly important. Wind farms are generallylocated in remote areas, there is a single phase in China’s Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia,northwest China, nonlinear rectifier electrified railway traction case load and centralizedaccess to the wind farm, wind farms and outlets because the power quality of wind farmsoperation is very important, with the rapid development of electrified railway and wind powerboth contradiction between these two will be more prominent.Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to consider a special case for the electrification ofthe railway and centralized access to the wind farm power systems for power qualityproblems exist in the system, based on Matlab/Simulink simulation platform, traction powersupply system model to build wind farm model. The simulation electrified railway tractionpower supply system harmonics centralized access system with wind farms exist,negative-sequence power quality problems exist on the system power quality problems inwind farms and outlets and through the exit of traction transformer active filter activecompensation. And for the limited nature of the active compensation method, using the idealtraction power supply system, indicating that not only can eliminate and reduce the impact ofwind farms electrified railway, to ensure safe and stable operation of wind turbines but alsoconducive to high-speed electrified railway and heavy orientation toward development.
