Research On System Space Layout Of Business Center In Laibin

The business center is the basic material basis and ultimate link of the urban commerce circulation region. Its status in the development of the economic society becomes more and more obvious. Scientific and reasonable system space layout of the business center not only can cater to people’s basic life demands (e.g. shopping, consumption, etc.), but also can promote the stable harmonious development of the economy. With the promotion of the urbanization construction, the commercial economy of Laibin City has achieved great development, as well as the construction of the business center system. However, the imbalance development of the business center structure and unreasonable spatial arrangement become serious increasingly. Therefore, under the great background of developing Laibin City into a modern industrial commercial trade logistics center in the middle part of Guangxi, it is of great importance to carry out system space layout on the business center of Laibin City.First of all, this paper carries out in-depth research and analysis on the research background and significance of the system space layout of the business center, as well as the research status and practice of the system space layout of the foreign and domestic business center. On that basis, it systematically defines the concepts and features of the business center, business center grade, business center system and business center planning. Then, under the premise of referring to the relevant theories of the layout, this paper puts forward population factor, transportation factor and overall urban planning factor influencing the space layout of the urban business center, and establishes theoretical framework. What’s more, it systematically analyzes the status features (e.g. overall quantity scale, space layout, etc.) of Laibin business center from the viewpoint of manifestation and structure forms. It points out several problems in the layout, such as unreasonable layout, imperfect mating facilities, slow development of new business areas, small scale and large quantity of the business branches, etc. Finally, aiming at the existing problems, this paper puts forward ideas of overall business development, business center system and layout in Laibin, and forms sound layout idea (including scientific planning, reasonable layout, complete system) by applying relevant theories (e.g. Curry quadrangle model, etc.) and taking the overall planning of Laibin as the guidance basis.Through the research on the system space layout of the business center in Laibin, the author hopes to provide reference value for the planning of business center, which can promote the steady, harmonious and rapid development of the economic society.
