Boiler is the equipment that widely used in industrial production and life. Because the boiler often work under high temperature and high pressure, so the security is very important. Steam drum generated at high temperature after heating is usually applied directly to the process flow downstream, and so the parameters such as the steam pressure, steam temperature and steam flow is in accordance with the downstream demand is particularly important.In this paper, a detailed analysis of the technological characteristics of the boiler, the main steam pressure control in the control system requirements, according to the characteristics of the control object, depending on the feasibility and reliability of the design principle of control scheme, gives the control scheme of the system.Due to the larger lag often exists in the actual production process, simple PID controller is difficult to achieve the ideal control effect. Therefore, the characteristics of nonlinear, the steam pressure of boiler of large lag, the predictive functional control as the main controller, and the first order plus delay object as the predictive model, and then the SIMATIC PCS7SCL language and completed the predictive functional controller module.In order to further close to the practical industrial application, in this paper, the objects elected a new generation of multifunction process and control experiment system:SMPT-1000, the overall control scheme for the establishment of main steam temperature control system based on SIMATIC PCS7system. This paper introduces the PCS7hardware and software platform, gives the general framework of control system network, control system hardware and network configuration; the control scheme is implemented, using CFC, SCL language to realize the logical configuration of the control system. Through the analysis of simulation results, to demonstrate the overall design scheme of the system is reasonable and feasible.
