As its work-function is higher than ITO, it can be used as anode interfacial layer in PSCs. In this article, a prefabricated conductive polymer film of PEDOT:PSS is developed with highly conductive PEDOT:PSS solution. It can be used as anode in PSCs, and the process is extremely simple. The thickness and sheet resistance of the conductive film is5micron and10Ω/sq.At the beginning of the study, PSCs with the structure of ITO/interfacial layer/P3HT:PCBM/MoO3/Al were fabricated. Cathode modification materials such as Cs2CO3ã€PFN and LiF were invested in this kind of PSCs and obtained the proper processing condition of these materials.Then PSCs with the structure of ITO/interfacial layer/P3HT:PCBM/PEDOT:PSS (prefabricated) were made and invested. The study shown that the cathode interface layer PFNã€ZnO and LiF can increase the Voc of the devices, and the power conversion efficiency(PCE) reached1.17%ã€1.25%and1.94%.CS2CO3device’s Isc is weak due to its strong absorption capacity of water.
