China is a large agricultural country with a large proportion of the rural popula-tion.while earthquake disasters occur frequently in china, often resulting in severeeconomic losses and casualties.But since the lack of seismic technology during theconstruction of rural residential in general, including Seismic design drawings, seis-mic resistance requirements, construction quality management, professional qualifica-tion and construction occupational qualifications management,most of the rural res-idence without formal design, formal construction, seismic capacity of them are gen-erally poor,which is the main reason of earthquake disaster in rural areas. Therefore,the popularity of seismic safety technology is an urgent need.The traditional books or specialized technical training, etc. for the seismic safetytechnology of rural buildings dissemination not only are difficult to promote in ruralareas, but also more difficult to understand for the peasants.While establishing a sys-tem on seismic safety technology of rural buildings on the internet,is convenient toService delivery and has a low service cost with high efficiency in the background ofthe rapid development of information technology level in rural areas.It Is an effectiveand feasible way to popularize the seismic safety technology of rural buildings.Onone hand can Spread technical knowledge on seismic safety of Rural Buildings;on theother hand can raise broad masses of peasants with awareness of seismic.After doing feasibility analysis and demand analysis of the system, combinedwith comprehensive demand, data requirements and functional requirements, inte-grated a variety of rural residential earthquake safety specifications, as well as tradi-tional practices in rural areas, climatic conditions, economic factors, etc. sorted outseismic safety technology of rural buildings,the rural residence earthquake Safetytechnology database is established at last.On this Basis,using JSP technology and B/Sthree-tier framework technology develop the system on seismic safety technology ofrural buildings. This system with portability and data updated interface is stable andreliable, and is helpful for safe, reasonable and scientific construction of rural build- ings.The system has three parts of functions such as browsing of rural residentialearthquake safety technology, expert advice forums and backstage manage-ment.Among them,the data of the rural residential earthquake safety technologybrowsing part mainly from the rural residence earthquake safety technology data-base,including basic elements of the seismic capacity of rural residence, foundationand base treatment technology, basic criteria for seismic rural residence, key elementsof rural residential earthquake, Key construction technology of disaster preventionand atlas of rural buildings construction;expert advisory forum is a platform for thecommunication of experts and users, which provide users with expert advisory func-tions,solve the unexpected accidents during rural residential construction;While thebackstage management part is an operating platform for background infor-mation,including data updating, user management, consulting forums maintenanceand system permissions management functions.The system is a subsystem of national earthquake disaster prevention system.When completed, the system will be deployed on the rural disaster prevention infor-mation server of municipalities and its main users are rural residential builders, build-ing departments and earthquake administration at all levels, and local governmentearthquakes, etc.This paper taking Shandong as an example to deploy the system, de-scribed the software and hardware requirements, data storage and application de-ployment method, displayed the system integration effect with a brief introduction tothe value of each functional module.With improved rural residence seismic safety technology,this system is contrib-ute to safe, reasonable and scientific construction of rural buildings and will eventu-ally promote the development of earthquake disaster prevention level of rural areas.However, there are some shortcomings in the system, which will be improved in thefuture system improvement process.
