The sustainable utilization of new energy has been explorated for several years,the wave energy which be in the research hot spots also start from scratch, and it’stechnology is becoming mature gradually. Now the development of it has reached astage of rapid. From the current development trend, the exploitation devices of waveenergy exist a lot,such as "the nodding duck’s type","the oscillating water column’stype","the energy-gathered’s type","the oscillating buoy convertor","the valve’stype",etc.The characteristics of wave energy resources in China is small density of energyresources and the maldistribution of it. In order to deal with it and increase the waveenergy conversion,the oscillating buoy’s wave energy convertor from the singlebuoy’s type to the combination oscillation buoy’s type. Nowadays, oscillating-bodywave energy device consisting of the oscillating buoy and hydraulic system areclassified as the new generation which has been developed recently. But it did a littlefor the research of mooring system’s design, the force of the anchor chains in themooring system has also no clear algorithm.The combined oscalliting buoy’s regularwave energy converter use the anchor chains to overcome the influence of tidal range.The stability and safety of the device depend on the reasonable design of themooring system, so the design and analysis of the mooring system has extremelyimportant significance. In this paper, the anchor chain’s tensile force under the actionof wave will be analyzed. The effect on the stability of the device by the differentanchor chain distribution of forms will be studied either.To analyze all the device, based on the theoretical basis of wave’s effect on thefloating body, give the research on the force of buoys and all the device.Thenestablish the basic kinematic equation of the floating body preliminarily.Using Flow–3D software to establish the three-dimensional numerical wave flume,putting forwardthe equivalent action form of power take off (PTO), establishing the analysis model ofthe device to get the parameters.Based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the paper get the way of exploring the methods of electric equipiment’s character of external force andmovement.Eventually it will determine the influence of the PTO on the mooringsystem and optimize the cable layout scheme.load movement and mechanical characteristics of generating unit under the influenceof research methods, eventually determine the influence of the load of the mooringsystem and optimize the arrangement form of the anchor chains.
