The electricity dispatch buildings of the power supply company around the country are usually very high. There is a center of electricity dispatch in the buildings which needs operate all day.With the development of domestic office market, China arrivals at the critical period that the global economy with the high-speed development. From the development trend of the international office of view, the requirements of building energy efficiency and green certification increase. The electricity dispatch buildings develop environment friendly which reflects the social responsibility and in the same time responses to the "energy saving, green carbon" called the government. It also wins quality customers, ensures long-term stable income and keeps corporate sustainability. The Design of the Intelligent and Energy Saving Green System for the Electricity Dispatch Building is main to design with energy saving, environment protection, efficiency, comfort and safety. Based on the original construction infrastructure, it actively explores and practices the green property management road. Through innovation and research for intelligent control systems, hope that it will make a contribution to building construction schedule which is low-carbon, environmental protection.This article focuses on the design of electrical power dispatch buildings with intelligent systems:1. Control Systems:mainly using the intelligent building control management system—METASYS NAE. METASYS NAE METSAYS is as a continuation and development of the system, which uses the latest software and hardware design, in order to understand and use interface easily.2. The design of cabling in the intelligent building and computer network, communication system is brief. Cabling systems provide voice and data physical transmission channel, which is the physical basis of the intelligent building. It Mainly describes by the network topology map.3. Through the analysis of the demand for buildings, as well as from the energy-saving control requirements, the intelligent building control systems of daily use and contacting with the energy-saving control subsystem are itemized description. There are intelligent lighting control systems, intelligent conferencing systems, intelligent systems powered UPS. At the same time through improving the integration of property management to broaden the scope and levels, it will provide reliable basis of the decision-making property managers and improve the ability to respond quickly to incidents. 4. The main purpose of this design is to make intelligent control electrical power management achieve the effect of green energy. This article begins with energy-saving control of the building mechanical and electrical equipment and made recommendations for each subsystem energy saving. Finally energy-saving effect is clear and achieve the target of loss reduction energy conservation, improve work efficiency and improve the corporate image.
