Research On Substation Source Data Integration Technology For Intelligent Application

Substation is the hub of the grid, and Intelligent substation is the important part of Smart Grid layout.The construction of Intelligent substation should first deal with the source data which constitute the model of primary and secondary equipment,to make all kinds of application based data have the function of interact and share with each other.On the basis of the source data integration technology to implement the intelligent. of the substation.Distributed intelligent technology is applied in this article,and go into details of Intelligent substation source data integration technology. Provide basic technical guarantee for the realization of the substation system integration.Firstly,we have developed a intelligent gateway system which can convert from IEC60870to IEC61850.The System is able to make conventional of various types of non-standard standardized substation secondary equipment by distributed component models,non-standard secondary equipment need to access to the substation.Second, IEC61850intelligent gateway technology can provide substation data model which in accordance with IEC61850.The model which oriented to the whole grid data is established combined with IEC61970,developed a Intelligent substation data services platform of "plug and play" extension mechanism.The key technology of intelligent data sen/ice platform including:technology of coordination between IEC61850and IEC61970,distributed "bus" technology,common interface definition and GID implementation based on CORBA technology, and platform suitable for compact, large capacity and high performance data processing.Thirdly, we have developed the substation intelligent alarm function components based on the "plug and play" data service platform.Substation intelligent alarm which is based on the total station equipment and signal unified modeling achieve the accident alarm information analysis by Single and multi-event reasoning decision-making.finally the substation intelligent alarm advanced features are realized in a standardized format of warning letter sent warning analysis results.The results of the research project are to achieve substation intelligent infrastructure and it has an important practical significance for achieving a real sense of Intelligent substation.Intelligent application oriented source data integration technology provides a variety of substation data for the construction of the Intelligent substation.It is very useful to Comprehensively improve the running efficiency of transformer substation, reduce operational costs, improve the operating safety, and realize intelligent substation.
