Study On Detachable Logistics Packaging Design

With the rapid development of logistics industry, our existinglogistics package highlights the problems that serious waste of resources,lack of standardization, and the inefficiency assemblity. The contradictionbetween development and environmental protection of the logisticsindustry is becoming more and more serious, so it is very important torealize the green logistics.Based on the concept of green logistics, it isconsidered that the detachable and modular packaging design is one ofthe important ways to solve the problem from the point of protectingenvironment, saving resources, improving the assembly efficiency.Because of the popularity of technology, and universal used ofelectronic products,and high requirement in safety for electronic productslogistics packaging, which make the logistics packaging typical. Take thedesktop computer suite logistics packaging as an example, first of all, putforward the green logistics, disassembly design, modular design conceptfor logistics packaging.Secondly,study the method of detachable logisticspackaging from two aspects which include external structure and internalstructure, to explore the corresponding method of detachable logisticspackaging.Finally,take the design method into really design specificlyand in detail from five aspects such as material selection of desktopcomputer logistics packaging, disassembled packaging structure and modular design, the modular and easy identification design for packagingdecoration, the packaging brand logo design, the modern digitalintelligent technology integration, in order to extend these designmethods to the field of every logistics packaging, and form a complete setof removable green logistics packaging design theory, in order to saveresources, realize environmental friendly, and can better protect theproduct to make the packaging function into fully use, finally realize thegreen logistics industry,and promote the pace of the sustainabledevelopment.
