Thermoelectric unit back pressure is the current thermal power engineering one of the most important and most complicated project, in the process of project implementation, project work content is much, not only work, but also high quality requirements, need to cooperate with each other or more departments and personnel and equipment, and therefore, in the process of the implementation of the project also has more risk. At the same time, in the process of construction of the project, also may be due to natural disasters, accidents, and many other uncertain factors cause other more questions, are more likely to thermoelectric back-pressure unit engineering construction to bring adverse effect, these effects may not only reduce the quality of the project, schedule delays, increased costs, low efficiency, but also may lead to the project in one way or the other safety accidents. In this paper, the jilin thermoelectric back-pressure unit engineering as an example, on how the risk analysis for thermal power unit back pressure and put forward corresponding management countermeasures a systematic and in-depth research.First on engineering project risk theory, the engineering project risk expatiates on the meaning, characteristics, types, and then with engineering project as the theme, is the basis of engineering project risk identification, identify, identification method, identification procedures, and analyze the risk factors of this project at work need to solve several problems are discussed in detail.
