| Firstly reinforced concrete because of its good performance has been widely used in building, but as the re-planning and construction of the city, the construction waste also had a negative impact on the environment; secondly production of steel waste gas, waste water and waste residue seriously polluted the environment and corrosion of reinforcement has caused serious harm to the building; thirdly we pay more and more attention to the protection of the environment, and promote low-carbon green building, experts have started looking for a new type of green building materials. Bamboo because of the high tensile strength, fast growth cycle, regeneration ability, and low cost advantages get more attention. For the study of the physical and mechanical properties of bamboo in China has been very clear, for the research of bamboo reinforced concrete members has not yet to begin. In this paper substituting bamboo for steel for purpose puts forward a new concrete column that reinforced with bamboo skeleton, and with high tensile strength, good corrosion resistance CFRP hoop. We mainly from two aspects to do research, on the one hand contrastive analysis of bamboo reinforced concrete column and plain concrete column and reinforced concrete column, on the other hand analysis of reinforcement ratio, stirrup type, stirrup spacing on the influence of axial compression mechanical properties of bamboo reinforced concrete column. The research carried out the following research work:(1) The experiment designed the15concrete short columns to analyze the bearing capacity, ductility and failure characteristics of bamboo reinforced concrete short columns and reinforced concrete short columns and plain concrete short columns by axial compression test research. The conclusions are:the bamboo reinforced concrete column has the same failure process with reinforced concrete column, bearing capacity of bamboo reinforced concrete column is obviously higher than that of plain concrete columns, in the same reinforcement ratio the bearing capacity of bamboo reinforced concrete column is not high bearing capacity of reinforced concrete column, but the show better ductility.(2) Through the research of the12bamboo reinforced concrete column, analyses reinforcement ratio, the types of stirrup and stirrup spacing influence on its bearing capacity and ductility. The conclusions are:the bearing capacity and ductility of bamboo reinforced concrete column is not entirely increases with the increase of reinforcement ratio, bearing capacity and ductility goes down when reinforcement ratio is too small or too large, the most suitable range of reinforcement ratio is about3%in this paper; the bearing capacity and ductility of bamboo reinforced concrete column increases with the strength of the stirrup increases and stirrup spacing decrease, the mechanical performance of CFRP stirrup and bamboo reinforced concrete column is higher than mechanical performance of steel stirrups and bamboo reinforced concrete column.(3) This paper calculated the axial compression bearing capacity of bamboo reinforced concrete columns by three methods that Chinese code and American ACI norm and considering mechanical performance of bamboo reinforced concrete column, the results show that considering the mechanical performance of bamboo reinforced concrete column calculating method is more accurate.(4) The paper makes a regression analysis of the experimental results on the basis of test data and considering the effect of CFRP stirrups, and puts forward the calculating formula of peak intensity and peak strain of the concrete under the action of the CFRP stirrup restraint.(5) The test component is simulated using ANSYS simulation software, analyzing the bamboo reinforced concrete column failure process under axial compression by way of stress cloud of bamboo reinforced concrete columns, comparing te bearing capacity and deformation of axial displacement with the test result analysis, results show that the simulation values are in good agreement with those obtained in the experiment. |
