| With the development of society and technology, transportation, clothing, andadvertisement’s needs for micro-prism reflective material is growing. Micro-prism structure hassmall size and difficult to manufacture, so its core technology is not yet mastered. In order tonarrow the technology gap between domestic and foreign, enhance our technical capabilities ofmicro-prism reflective film, study on the micro-prism reflective optical properties of thestructure and processing is particularly urgent.In this paper, micro-prism reflective structure is studied. The characteristics of the normalincidence of single coner cube are studied. The characteristics of oblique incidence are studied.The optical characteristics of coner cube array and improved structure are studied. Meanwhile,the ultrasonic bending vibration planing system have build. The processing of coner cube isstudied. The main work and innovations are as follows:(1) Using geometrical optics and mathematical analysis methods to learn the trace ofincident light in corner cube. Establish a reasonable analysis model of the cube corner.Propagation of normal incident light is analyzed. The reason of invalid light is studied, invalidlight’s outgoing way is given. The influence of surface failure on effective light are studied,finding that the central area has bigger effect than the edge area on effective light.(2) The retro-reflectance of corner cube when the light is incident oblique is analyzed bymathematical analysis and simulation software. Refracted light in corner cube is classified. Thetotal internal reflect restriction of refracted light is given. The retro-reflectance of oblique light inspecific plane is studied by optical software. The change curve of retro-reflectance–incidentangle is given. Finding that if the light can return back its incident angle should locate the rangeï¼70°~+50°, and the change curve of retro-reflectance–incident angle has a second crest,when the incident angle inï¼67°~ï¼69°.(3) The invalid light in corner cube array is analyzed. The model of corner cube array isbuilt, its characteristics are analyzed. The propagation law of incident light in corner cube arrayis analyzed. Finding that the invalid light could return back and become effective light in thecorner cube array. The change law of retro-reflectance with connection layer depth is analyzedby using optical software, the change curve is given. Proving that the connection layer has important influence on invalid light. The suggestions of design corner cube array are given.(4) The improving structures based on cube corner are studied. Optical characteristics andprocessing performance of two kinds of improving structure are given and compared. Therectangle corner cube is selected as the object of manufacturing.(5) Knife holder of ultrasonic bending vibration assisted planning is designed. The primarydesign is did with the bending vibration theory and planning requirement. The simulationanalysis is did with the FEM software. The material object is manufactured and detected. Theamplitude of the tool nose is12.7μm, the frequency is also meet the request.(6) The processing experiment of rectangle corner cube is studied. The device of ultrasoniccutting and detector are introduced. The processing scheme and cutting depth are analyzed. Thecutting tools are designed. Based on the process design, the experiments are did with red copperflake. The cutting result is observed and analyzed. Finding that after the first cutting, thedistance of red copper flake enhanced, this lead to rigid decline so the rad glitch increase. This isthe main reson that the structure can’t be manufactured. |
