| Heavy truck is usually driving on the surface of complex. The vehicle-bridge, as animportant part of the heavy truck, are not only the main of the load-bearing body, but also apower transmission. The safety and reliability is especially important since it effected bykinds of complex loads. Traditionally, the research of the vehicle-bridge strength aremainly by test and calculation which have many limitations such as ultra-conservation andredundance. However, campared with the traditional method, the FEA method have shorterdevelopment cycles and less research cost. Undoubtedly it advances and perfects thetraditional approaches enormously. The material density distribution is determinedscientifically after topology optimum which based on the Finite Element Analysis (FEA)thesis and the application of FEA software. After optimum, while the weigh is considerablyminimized, there is still a better relevant performance.The research subject of this thesis based on Rough Terrain Wheeled Crane. TheFEA is used for the intensity analyze and structure optimization. The main contents aresummarized as follows:1.The finite element model of the vehicle-bridge is established, without consideringthe matching parts of the axle and the shell as well as the axle and the knuckle, then thestatic analysis is taken under four classic condition which include the uneven road surfacesshock, the emergency braking operation conditions, the maximum lateral force operationconditions and the operation conditions of accelerate the vehicle.2.The influence of the fit clearance on the axle stress is derived.3.Based on the influence of the fit clearance on the axle stress, the FEA is used tooptimize the axle for reducing the sensitivity of the stresses on axle which are caused byclearance as well as the stress value.4. The Topology Optimization Technology (TOT) is used on vehicle-bridgeshell,which set the volume fraction and manufacturing for constraints, weighted strainenergy for objective function. According to the result of the TOT analyse result, thevehicle-bridge is redesigned and the intensity inspection is taken. Analysis results suggestthat(the stress and weight of the improved structure are both reduced. |
