Static Experimental Design Of Slab-wall Structure And Technology Economic Analysis

In recent years,the construction of Yunnan indemnificatory housing appear some troubles such as engineering quality and shorter construction period,the main reason is that indemnificatory housing is focused on developing and the construction of RC wall is complex and time-consuming. So the team exchange beam-slab system of RC wall structure for flat-plate system that operation is a relatively simple and quick,and definite the slab-wall structure:in the RC wall structure flat-plate system replace beam-slab system as the new system.The main methods and results of slab-wall structure are as follows:1.Based on the SAFE’s model,we determine that the thickness of plate is170mm.2.Choose a area from the practical engineering which could reflect the stress concentration of the plate bearings,then design static load experiment of the slab-wall structure based on the area,last judge whether the thickness of plate is right and the stress concentration is solved by measuring the strains and stresses,the degree of reinforced plasticity.3.Compare technical and economic of two system in the practical engineering.The calculation contents are volume of concrete,steel,template and construction period.The analysis contents are total cost,aggregative unit price and construction period.When the depth of flat-plate is170mm,top two way reinforcing bars is (?)8@150and bottom two way reinforcing bars is (?)10@150,we could achieve the aim that shorten construction period or reduce constructors and manager based on the two close total cost.According to the plan of Mangshi indemnificatory housing8th Construction building which is developed by Yunnan Urban Construction Investment Co.Ltd,we offer the quantitative materials and manpower consume between two system,that have some application value for the engineering construction.
