With the increasing accuracy and reliability requirements of the large-scalestructure’s analysis, existing calculation methods and analytical techniques can nolonger meet the requirements of structural calculation precision. To ensure the safetyof structure in using process, the economy of construction. Use finite elementsoftware to carry out specific analysis on engineering and research new calculationmethod is becoming more and more important. In this paper, it is based on ANSYSsimulation technology for effect on structural performance, putting forward methodsof simulation analysis of various issues, discussed the welding residual stress, theconvergence of concrete nonlinear analysis, the convergence of new and old concreteinterface, automatic form-finding method for cable and so on. Main research contentsare as follows:H section steel residual stress distribution rule is known. by the early stressfile(ISFILE) written, realize ANSYS simulation,based on this, the existence of theresidual stress in static load strength and stability of the structure is studied.For reinforced concrete structure, the linear convergence points is influenced byloading step, loading method, convergence criteria and so on. The monolithicreinforced concrete and separate model is established, two models of convergenceand convergence precision is studied.The whole model for concrete structure and bonding model has carried on thetheoretical analysis. Mainly establish the cantilever box girder, pressured column andaqueduct’s whole model and adhesive model, Separately discusses the several kindsof models deformation and stress. Compare the superiority of the whole model in theconstruction process.Study the single cable structure and finding form principle of cable net structure,looking for steps and methods, put forward a new method for searching for the formof single cable and cable network, and verified accuracy of the results.Summary the basic principle of substructure analysis, steps, etc. Structural methods is expand research, the box girde’s integral model and substructure methodmodel is established.16m single military beam’s whole model and substructuremethod model is researched. Verify the precision of the substructure method by twomodels. The superiority of substructure method in super large structure is compared.
