In recent years, China’s production environment of theconstruction has graduallychanged, and continue to use and reuse of old buildings has become a priority. This isbecause in a stable environment for economic growth, a number of major nationalinfrastructure construction projects have been completed, as well as the roadconstruction, bridges and housing have also improved. So the construction ofstructural members in service life of the follow-up studies are needed.For service members, considering dead loads and material strength under the actualmeasured value, according to the target reliability index of current "structuralreliability engineering design unified standard"(GB50153-2008), this article give thecalculation method of reliability of service members. Then, in order to achieve userauthentication purposes, this article give the calculation of reinforced concretemembers in follow-up service life of axial compression.On the basis of the calculation method and the statistical parameters of the currentdesign and reliable indicators,based on the principles of design to determine thereliability index, combined with the new load and resistance statistical parameters ofthe statistical parameters of structural members, and the use of the basic idea of the calibration method, gives the new ratio of load effects often encountered, as wellas a reliablility indicator of the average new reinforced concrete short columns underaxial compression.Explore the basis for the current national standard "civil Reliability QualificationStandards"(GB50292-1999) and related specifications. Explore the significant impacton the reliability of identification of buildings. Reliability index have great influenceon components examination, like if upper reinforce structure (sub-unit) need to takemeasures to continue to work. Different acceptance criteria is the foundation ofin-depth identification and reinforcement in the future.
