| With the sustainable development of the power industry, the continuous emergence of the electrical new technologies and the constant progress of smart grid, power system shows a more and more complex trend, which not only put a higher requirement on the distribution network planning, but also promote the distribution network planning to update toward standardized, scientific, intelligent, constantly. Scientific and reasonable urban distribution network planning could ensure the urban power grid to meet the growing load demand and increasingly stringent requirements of power quality, reduce power losses, improve operational economy of the power grid and enterprise as well as reduce the construction covers of the power distribution system and so on. Therefore, it is of great significance to do such research on the key technologies of urban distribution network planning. There are many key technologies involved in urban distribution network planning. This paper made a research on load forecasting and the objective connection mode of110kV distribution network.Firstly, the basic framework of urban distribution network planning was systematically elaborated. The basic content of urban distribution network planning was illustrated from the division of the planning supply area, planning period and the basic architecture for the planning and design. Then the guiding ideology of determining the optimal scheme was analyzed from four aspects such as adequacy, safety and reliability, economy and flexibility. Thereafter, the four basic principles and main technical principles which are needed to obey in the power network planning process were refined. In the end, the general steps to achieve urban distribution network planning were proposed, which could provide an effective way to help the planners sort out the planning ideas.Secondly, the practical key technology of load forecasting for the distribution network planning was deeply studied. Considering two aspects of top-down and bottom-up, the practical methods of load forecasting for the distribution network planning were comprehensively summarized. The prediction model and implementation steps of the methods were deeply analyzed. Aiming at the prediction accuracy problem of load forecasting in the distribution network planning, a strategy of load forecasting for the distribution network planning was put forward, which was based on the mutual checking. Then Taking the Y city of Guangdong Province as an example, starting from its actual situation, the appropriate forecasting thoughts were proposed. Besides, the power load and the power consumption forecasting of the Y city were carried out and the recommended programs were given. The example verified that the forecasting strategy and the methods of load forecasting were effective in the distribution network planning.Finally, a comprehensive decision-making problem of the objective connection mode of110kV distribution network was emphatically studied. The problem was transformed into the mathematical model of multi-attribute comprehensive decision-making. Then according to the characteristics of110kV distribution network connection mode, the evaluation index system was established based on the subjective weighting method, which mainly considered the reliability, economy, flexibility and implementation. Thereafter, the objective connection mode of110kV distribution network of an area in Guangdong Province was evaluated and decided by using the proposed method, and the program that gained the highest comprehensive scores was selected as the optimal program, which was coincide with the actual program. The empirical results showed that the proposed method achieved the goal which was making a comprehensive decision for the objective connection mode of110kV distribution network from the view of quantitative point, and it was feasible and reasonable. |
