Drawing is an important forming technology of sheet metal,widely used inaerospace,automotive,electronics,instrumentation and other industries.Especiallyfor automobile panel parts with large complex curved surface,high surface qualityrequirements and large geometry size,the quality of drawing forming mould is verystrict required.Because of the change of thinning or thickening for sheet in thetraditional automobile panel forming.therefore, In order to ensure the "joint rate",The surface of convex and concave die in the processing and debugging have longercycle, higher cost.Then,in view of automobile panel parts with complex surface,Several newsurface drawing method are put forth based on the traditional whole-surface drawingprocess in the paper.In order to guarantee the drawing quality,reduce the fineprocessing area for the convex and concave die,thereby reducing tool wear,shortenthe time of processing,debugging and grinding for mold, improve the productionefficiency and reduce production cost for enterprise of mould manufacturing.Themain work is as follows:(1) Considering that only the convex parts of punch and die working surfacecontact with blank during drawing, a new convex surface drawing method is put forthbased on the traditional whole-surface drawing process. FLD and the contact areadistribution diagram between punch or die and blank are acquired through CAEstamping simulation in this methold. then the corresponding elements of wrinkle areaand double-sided contact area are removed from the grid model, and the restcorresponding to single-sided contact area, according to each area size and the rangeof adjacent areas, are merged into one to identify, and the curves, each is fittedthrough the outermost nodes of the identified one, are imported into CAD to trimworking surface of punch and die to obtain the convex surface, and constructs theconvex surface of drawing die(2) According to the quality requirement of automobile cover parts surface islower than the outer plate, and the surface which curvature is smaller and gentlertransition occupies a larger proportion in the part surface,a new kind of stiffened platesurface drawing method is put forth based on the traditional whole-surface drawingprocess.The method is based on the "discrete" thought of multi-point die less forming, local tunneling the surface which with smaller curvature and gentler transition on thesurface of drawing die surface to obtain the kind of stiffened plate surface, andconstructs the kind of stiffened plate surface of drawing die.(3) According to the principle of convex surface drawing and kind ofstiffened plate surface drawing, a new convex and kind of stiffened plate surfacedrawing method is put forth based on the traditional whole-surface drawing process,and constructs the convex and kind of stiffened plate surface of drawing die. tominimize the area of actual machining in the die surface under the prrequisiteof forming quality.Through the verification of above several new forming method for automotivecovering parts,And with the results of traditional whole-surface forming method inthe comparison,Show the quality of several new type surface drawing is match withthe whole-surface drawing,and can completely guarantee the quality of automobilecover parts drawing.
