CRCP has characteristics of high intensity, resistance to deformation, comparingwith ordinary cement concrete pavement. Meanwhile, the longitudinal continuousreinforcement greatly prevents common diseases existed in ordinary cement concretepavement such as plate angle fracture, slabs empty and slab pumping. As a result,CRCP becomes the first choice for Heavy traffic and high-grade road, as well as thehot spot of research domestic and abroad in recent years.The base course provides important brace for pavement. The influences ofmechanical properties of CRCP differs lots from different base courses. The paperuses ANSYS—a large finite element analysis software to build a road layered model.It gives comparative analysis of mechanical properties of CRCP for different supportof base course and then draws concrete conclusions, under the effect of traffic loadBZZ-100and Temperature load.Under the effect of traffic load, the pavement adopts elastic layered system and theroad course adopts Winkler foundation base. The consideration shows that the mostunfavorable load position existed on the pavement edge affected by the outside wheel.Comparing the stress and strain nephogram of CRCP under different load coursesupport, it is founded that modulus of elasticity of road course is the main factoraffecting the stress and strain of pavement. The larger the modulus of elasticity ofload course is, the more power of brace and stress diffusion it has, meanwhile, the lessstress and strain produced by concrete of pavement and fixture is as well as thedistribution is more uniform.Under the effect of temperature load, the pavement and road course adopts elasticlayered system. It is founded in the consideration of temperature field that differenttypes of road course have little influence on it. Practice has proved that thetemperature stress influenced by road course mainly comes from the interlayer contactbetween the bottom of pavement and the top of road course. Different interlayercontact offers different constraint. As the Asphalt Concrete has character of porosity,the grout permeates the road course when pouring the concrete of CRCP, which formssolid interlayer contact as well as restrains the temperature warping of panel. |
