This paper, researched a harmonic and reactive power compensation method, which has the advantage of the HAPF and SVC, the harmonic and reactive power can be real-time dynamic compensation.Thesis firstly gives the Synthesis compensation system structure, determines HAPF and SVC access position. Analyze the working principle of the system. Respectively established of fundamental domain and the harmonic domain equivalent model of the system, and through the analysis of the model determine the feasibility of the system to achieve the harmonic and reactive power dynamic compensation.Secondly, considering the comprehensive compensation system separated the harmonic and reactive power compensation, separate detection the harmonic and reactive power, which is based on the ip-iq method, making it suitable for comprehensive compensation system. In view of the power voltage distortion can not be accurately detect the harmonic, pretreatment the three-phase voltage, then input to the PLL, effectively overcome the effect of power voltage distortion. For TCR will generate harmonic, this paper proposes a TCR harmonic prediction method. The method can real-time predict the TCR harmonic, and then HAPF filter it.Thirdly, in consideration of the characteristics of compensation system structure, analyze the necessity of using frequency control method for the HAPF.
