In this paper, the view into the Beitai extension of diversion tunnel from Guan Yin ge reservoir into Benxi city, â…£ surrounding lots diversion tunnel as the research object. First analyzed the stability of the main factors affecting the work area inside the tunnel surrounding rock, then summarizes the type of deformation and failure prone surrounding rock after excavation and analyzed on the basis of the mechanical properties of the surrounding rock tunnel excavation process; application FLAC3D finite difference software and convergence confinement method analyzes the stability of the surrounding rock and optimization of supporting design.Analysis showed that:in the Mohr-Coulomb and strain softening under two models, bolt spacing using1.0m and lining thickness of0.3m supporting scheme is optimal; spacing of1.0m anchor scheme, displacement of surrounding rock support pressure reaches5.6cm,0.22MPa achieve a balance between the two;0.3m thick concrete supporting scheme, displacement of surrounding rock support pressure reaches4.7cm,0.4MPa achieve a balance between the two. Through the balance point, puts forward the supporting structure of the safety factor; can carry on security appraisal to support the overall stability of surrounding rock, which has a certain guiding significance for engineering construction. Finally, the measured data and the simulation and analysis results were compared, verified the feasibility of the surrounding rock stability analysis of the strain softening model, and two models under support optimization design reasonable, analysis method is based on the combination of numerical simulation and convergence-confinement wears reasonably practicable, the theoretical and practical significance of the construction process, reduce the cost of inputs, improve construction efficiency.
