With the development of world economic, globalization deepened, great change hashappened on, global shipping industry, the tend of larger-sized vessel, management allianceand transport artery internalization intensify the competition of harbors, which promote morecooperation between harbors and inland market. So the harbor managers are willing to investdry port in inner part of the country. Dry port is a kind of functional extends of harbors oninternational logistical service. Its emergence is a empirical evidence related to portregionalization, supply chain terminalization and the extended gateway concept. As a transfernode, the dry port has many functions such as boundary, transportation, logistic and supplychain management, Value-added service, bond logistics and industry cluster, which hassignificant influence in container traffic organization and its path. Current researches takelittle count of the impact of dry port on regional containers transportation organization andpath choosing, especially ignoring the impact brought from boundary function.Considering the problem in recent studies, this paper will study the container export flowoptimization from two aspects. Firstly, we consider the transfer function of dry port in globalmaritime logistics networks, build extensional transport network of container export flow, andpropose an optimization model for inland container export based on the transfer function ofdry port, which adopt the lowest cost strategy. In order to solve the model, Adaptive geneticalgorithm was designed. Secondly, we consider the customs clearance based on the transferfunction of dry port and propose an optimization model for inland container export based onthe boundary function of dry port. Our fundamental purpose is to reduce the overall cost, which consists of inland transportation cost, maritime transport cost, the transfer cost of dryport, and customs clearance fee for harbor and dry port. We propose an evolution algorithm tosolve this problem, which combine immigration strategy and local search technique that couldimprove the effectiveness of the algorithm. We make illustrative examples respectively bysimulation software...
