LXI Motor Control Module is a common instrument test resources in automatictest system resources. In the application of cross target simulator and turntable control,because of so many types of controlled object, different types of parameters need to beadjusted, when using the existing control module, which added labor costs and testcomplexity. The paper developed LXI Motor control module, and provided a slidingmode control algorithm which can adapt for reaching law’ gain. Simulation is did byauthor to solve the problem of the sensitivity of PID algorithm to controlled object.This module have a profound impact to solving the problem of controlling variousmotor unit.Firstly, proved the robustness of common PID algorithm is not so good bysimulation. Through establishing of a mathematical model DC, researchingcombinatorial approaches rate sliding mode control algorithm, and by analyzing of therelationship between the buffeting of discrete exponential rate approaching and theparameters of index approaching rate algorithm, proposed a approaching rate adaptivegain control algorithm, and made step characteristics simulation analysis on indexreaching law, combination reaching law and adaptive gain index reaching lawalgorithm which have proposed in this topic.This paper referred to some research achievements in LXI test equipment andmotor control at home and abroad, and had a depth analysis of intelligent motorcontrol method, in final, proposed the overall design of the program module.This module based on the DM642DSP+FPGA architecture model and combinedwith external network interface circuit, clock circuit in order to achieve the hardwaredesign of a standard LXI interface. In the interior design of FPGA, designed DSP businterface logic, quadrature decoder, a pulse generator, D/A control modules; designedDC motor drive circuit, D/A converter circuit function circuit; designed of themultithreading DSP firmware procedure and realized LAN communication function,and some functional extensions LXI: such as LAN found,1588clock synchronization.Developed control system website and LabWindows/CVI panels, and designedcorresponding drivers procedure.Finally, made a test on LXI motor control module. Test results show that themodule could work normally, meet the design requirements, achieve the module designrequriement.
