As the global population growth and urbanization process accelerated, the urbanconstruction land expanding, the original forest, grassland, such as ponds, farmlandby continual hard floor, cement, asphalt and other artificial materials. So quickly forthe modification of the urbanization of the earth’s surface, fundamentally changed thecity underlaying surface thermodynamic properties, and near the surface of heatexchange and the surface roughness of gas dynamics, great negative impact on urbanthermal environment, increase the heat storage of urban, wind speed decreased, heatdiffusion, coupled with the city’s densely populated, building density, highlyconcentrated industry and commerce, this makes the temperature higher than thesuburbs of the city, formed the urban thermal environment problem.In this paper the thermal environment of the ShenZhen Virtual University Park,in park underlying surface conditions as the breakthrough point, study the mat facingthe influence of thermal environment, and summarizes the corresponding optimizationstrategy. First, parse the city underlying surface and thermal environment relatedproblem, and reviews the related research progress at home and abroad, has been clearabout the existing problems and the insufficiency of research, pointed out that throughreforming underlying surface the feasibility of the optimization of urban thermalenvironment; Second, the city underlying surface and thermal environment relatedbasic theory research, summarized the city underlying surface and thermalenvironment related research train of thought, content and method. City through theanalysis of the urban energy balance equation, the change of underlying surface ofvarious thermodynamic properties of the influence of thermal environment, providetheoretical basis for study of later; Again, through the study of the thermalenvironment of ShenZhen Virtual University Park field measurement, the outdoorpublic space of usage and their thermal comfort research as well as the presentsituation of thermal environment on CFD numerical simulation, clear thermalenvironment problems in the park and the needs of the area of the reform ofunderlying surface; Finally, the application of CFD numerical simulation technologyto the park three types of underlying surface as a variable, build a thermalenvironment simulation of the different underlying surface combination underdifferent mat facing the influence of thermal environment, and use the above, it is theresult of simulation test in ShenZhen Virtual University Park select specific plots forinstance, the modified scheme for thermal environment simulation, analysis andevaluation of simulation results, based on this, puts forward the correspondingoptimization strategy. This paper studies the city underlying surface and the relationship betweenthermal environment, and put forward the constructive reform strategy, numericalsimulation for the optimization of urban thermal environment research laid thefoundation theory and application, research results can be used for preliminary designon urban thermal environment planning and optimization of later stage, in order torealize the sustainable development of cities healthier.
