In recent years, more and more high-rise buildings continue to emerge, the high-risebuildings review of the transfinite and anti-seismic need to nonlinear time history analysis,structural elastoplastic analysis is the standard specified transfinite review method, famoussoftware are equipped with explicit algorithm (such as the central difference method). Thecentral difference method’s integral step size is very small, it could accurate simulationstructure of any form of nonlinear hysteresis process. The central difference method incalculating the large construction takes very big time, but the central difference method noforming the total stiffness matrix in the calculation, no inverse operation, the calculationprocess can be decomposed into cell multiplication, it could suitable for parallel solving,and parallel computing will improve the computational efficiency. This article is based onBeijing YJK software company’s requirements to carry on research which is developeddynamic time history explicit parallel algorithm, to solve the structure of the elastic-plasticseismic response explicit algorithm problem for YJK software company. In this article, themain contents and conclusions:(1) Using Fortran language to write the central difference method program, and usingthe program to analyze the sliding roof control model of Private Economic DevelopmentCenter apartment building of Baotou. Through changing connection stiffness of roof couldobtain the structure displacement data, compare with WILSON-θ method, and get theregular of convergence.The results prove: When using the central difference method to calculate the nonlinearstructure, the size of the structure’s stiffness is the most important factor for thedisplacement convergence. In the elastic stage, the displacement which are calculated bythe central difference method are convergence; In the elastic-plastic stage, depending onthe size of the stiffness, the displacement which are calculated by the central differencemethod are occuring the divergence, and shock convergence phenomenon. But by changing the size of the structure’s stiffness, the central difference method can eventuallyconverge.(2) Using the OpenMP parallel computing model of Intel Visual Fortran compiler tostudy the parallel computing of the central difference method. Using different parallelcompilation guidance statements and variable property to optimize the parallel body, makethe program run on a single multi-core computer, compared with serial procedures, andanalysis of the efficiency of parallel computing. Verify the project development andmarket prospects.The results prove: After parallel modification and optimization, parallel computing ofthe program reflects the very good computation efficiency. The optimized parallelcomputation’s efficiency increased nearly by52%~58%than serial computation; Theacceleration of the optimized program increased by9%~18%than before optimization;The extra cost time of the optimization reduced by17%~28%than before optimization. Asa result, the optimized program has the better performance.This article is verified the project of parallel computing of the explicit algorithm isfeasible, it is has a high development value in improving the efficiency of computing, itwill has great market prospect after the program is succeed.
