Research on wind technology not merely improve the energy agency,but also is favor ofenvironmental protection and is one of the effective ways of makeup social and environmentalbenefits.on the basis of domestic and abroad wind technology and brief analysis of theadvantages and disadvantages on CSCF and VSCF.then gave structural model and controlstrategy of VSCF doubly fed machine.Firstly,this paper base on Siemens IPC427C of industrial controller,and collect winddata,some brief velocity model building and IEC stabdards on wind speed model forcomparison to ensure the correctness of the model wind. with aerodynamics built of windturbine,analysis control strategy on variabla pitch,and propose to independent pitch controlstrategy about control parameters:power, DFIG power follow wind instability then powerwith large fluctuations,this paper proposed uses BPneural network algorithm,use self-tuningPID control pitch system.According to the above analysis,build a model of the windturbine,when wind speed above rated BP neural network role in the system,and adjust the PIDparameters control angle of the blades,and the power of generator nealy above rated power.Theshow of results with BP neural network PID pitch control system make the output power ismore stable、small overshoot、robustness of the generator.Secondly,aim at VSCF doubly-fed models to study the relationship internal parameters,and transformation, base on mathematical model, bulid the DFIG model and dual PWM inMATLAB/Simulink environment, according to the principles and structure of double-fedmoterand rotor side converter model, also take control purposes into accunt, design double-loop control stategy;and given the voltage loop and current loop PI parameter adjustment, thispaper is mainly used svpwm control.accdoring to analysis of the rotor-side converter’s role inthe stator flux observer proposed methods to achieve accurate positioning flux, speed feedbackand current feedback to the inner outer rotor-side converter to achieve the amount of controlpurposes, build a model simulation results verify the correct strategy. Integrated the network- side converter and rotor side converter simulation, calculation parameter of the controllerPI.The simulation shows the stator and rotor current waveform trends and double-fed motoroutput power trends,with the wind change and generator output fast follower,control strategiesto achieve given validation run VSCF proposed overall control strategy is feasible.Finally,take data through10kWDFIG dynamic simulation platform, and build modelparameters were compared to verify the correctnee of the model structures.
