For the study of this kind ofasynchronous driving condition the influence of the strength and fatigue life of gear, to betterensure the safety in production, based on stress wave theory and fatigue damage theory asthe strong support of the thesis, using the Solidworks which is3d modeling software foroverall accurate modeling of converter and rev, brake specific Angle is calculated under thetilting moment, with the primary and secondary reducer gear and gear shaft as the researchobject, to calculate the specific strength of gear static contact angles, then combined with theactual working condition of various parameters on the primary and secondary reducer gearquasi static analysis, respectively, including: startup "three drive one brake" explicit dynamicanalysis, in the cases of braking phase "three brake one driven" explicit dynamics analysisand brake moment "one brake three drive" gear in the cases of transient dynamics analysis.At this point, it is concluded that under different working conditions, static, start and brakecorresponding static and dynamic strength of gear tooth, so that I can confirm the worstworkingconditionanditsinfluenceto forecastthefatigue lifeof thetransmission gears.This paper innovative use ANSYS/LS-DYNA to the primary and secondary reduceropening and braking mode of the explicit dynamic analysis, is well received this impactoperating mode of the load spectrum, the fatigue life analysis of ANSYS/FE-SAFE afterprecision also did well.
