As the research object of this article mainly Marine diesel engine in the diesel enginerunning state failure diagnosis, prevention, and comprehensive analysis. Combining with thepresent information processing technology, fault diagnosis technology of diesel engine faultdiagnosis and prediction. Based on single current fault diagnosis methods are difficult to getideal result, put forward a kind of two diagnosis methods based on fusion diagnosis methodfor diesel engine fault diagnosis and forecast.Fusion diagnosis method using the theory of rough set in incomplete informationprocessing, the advantages of the diesel engine failure data processing analysis of thecollection, analysis and processing results after training, using the theory of support vectormachine (SVM) classification classification diagnosis results are obtained.The method tosolve the single fault diagnosis using rough set theory, the diagnosis results are greatlyinfluenced by external factors of faults, but also solves the single during the diagnosis tousing the theory of support vector machine (SVM) classification of redundant informationand important information is not accurate. After dealing with the rough set of data becomeleaner, but the characteristics of the data integrity is preserved basic, for the use of supportvector machine (SVM) theory to classify the diagnosis provides a concise and usefulinformation, to improve the diagnosis rate, but also improves the classification accuracy ofdiagnosis. Based on the fusion methods for diagnosis of actual fault data, diagnosisconclusion compared with the practical conclusion, prove the feasibility of fusion method.This article fault diagnosis with fusion diagnosis method is mainly to rough set theorymethod in MATLAB software to data processing, analysis and processing data in LIBSVMtoolbox based on MATLAB environment, the final classification diagnosis results areobtained.Finally, the paper based on the VC++and MATLAB environment is developed basedon fusion diagnosis methods of system design. And detailed introduces the process ofsoftware development and implementation.
