Effect of degree of pore saturation on fly ash concrete mechanical behavior werestudied in this paper, the influence of micro-environment relative humidity, temperature, flyash content and water-blinder ratio on degree of pore water saturation were got, theinfluence of degree of pore saturation on fly ash concrete compressive strength and elasticmodulus were investigated, and the effect of degree of pore saturation on non-destructivetesting compressive strength of fly ash concrete were experimental studied, mainly to obtainthe following results:Effect of on different temperature and humidity on different water-cement ratio and flyash content concrete degree of pore saturation were experimental studied and the influencelaw of micro-environment relative humidity, temperature, fly ash content and water-blinderratio on degree of pore saturation were analyzed. The results showed that the degree of poresaturation increased respectively with micro-environment relative humidity increased,micro-environment temperature decreased and water-blinder ratio reduced. The degree ofpore saturation increased with fly ash content increased when fly ash content less than15%and the degree of pore saturation decreased with fly ash content increased when fly ashcontent exceeding15%. The relativity between micro-environment relative humidity,micro-environment temperature, fly ash content, water-blinder ratio and degree of poresaturation were analyzed lastly.Effect of different degree of pore saturation on compressive strength of fly ashconcrete were experimental studied and the influence law of degree of pore saturation oncompressive strength were analyzed.The results showed that the compressive strength of flyash concrete decreased with the increasing of the degree of pore saturation. When thedegree of pore saturation less than20%, the compressive strength decreased gradually withthe increasing of the degree of pore saturation; when the degree of pore saturation increasedfrom20%to60%, the compressive strength decreased rapidly, when the degree of poresaturation exceeded60%, the compressive strength stabilized with the increasing of thedegree of pore saturation.Effect of different degree of pore saturation on average rebound values and ultrasonicvelocity of fly ash concrete were experimental studied and the influence law of degree ofpore saturation on non-destructive testing compressive strength were analyzed. The resultsshowed that the average rebound values decreased and ultrasonic velocity increased withthe increasing of the degree of pore saturation. Last, the strength curves of fly ash concret considering degree of pore saturation were established.Effect of different degree of pore saturation on elastic modulus of fly ash concretewere experimental studied and the influence law of degree of pore saturation on elasticmodulus were analyzed. The results showed that the elastic modulus of fly ash concreteincreased with the increasing of the degree of pore saturation. When the degree of poresaturation less than20%, the elastic modulus increased slowly with the increasing of thedegree of pore saturation; when the degree of pore saturation increased from20%to60%,the elastic modulus increased rapidly; when the degree of pore saturation exceeded60%, thecompressive strength increased gradually.
