With the sustainable development of national economy, the continuousimprovement of people’s living standards, resource depletion and environmentpollution gradually become human two long–term and serious problem. Buildingenergy consumption accounts for30%of total energy consumption, therefore,Energy-saving building is very important to the sustainable development of ourcountry, solar building applications of use of solar energy for human service for itsadvantageous conditions application. This paper, taking a passive solar house with thermal heat-storage wall ofChanBa rural mountain area of xi’an. Through check informations and documents, taking the parameters and structure of the maintenance structure and a major part ofthe thermal heat-storage wall of the research model for optimized design choices, provide a reference basis for the research object of design. Application of theoreticalcalculation method for the study of indoor thermal environment of the solar house(heating rate SHF, the auxiliary heat, energy-saving rate of ESF) are calculated indetail, and predict the indoor average temperature of each month of the solar houseduring the heating period, for the indoor thermal design of the new rural solar houseprovides a theoretical basis. Finally, through Fluent software to take temperature fieldand velocity field of the solar house into numerical simulation, and simulation tocalculate the solar house indoor average temperature of model, to compared andanalyzed with the theoretical calculation results, verify the correctness of thetheoretical calculation results.Through the study of this paper, laid a theoretical foundation for the feasibilityof passive solar house in the northwest region, also has important reference value forordinary building energy saving.
