With the development of highways and urban interchange, bridge construction hasentered an unprecedented climax. Since the torsional of girder bridge is stiffness, it could getlarger bending moment of inertia in a cross-sectional area, the girder bridge accounted for themajority in the past20years. In order to meet the development and progress of China’stransport services, more and more large-span bridges have sprung up, box girder bridge hasbecome the main form of long-span continuous girder bridge structure, and some shapedbridge. However, through a lot of research shows, temperature stress generated by the sunseriously affect the life of continuous box girder bridge, drastic changes in temperature in ashort time are the main characteristics of solar radiation temperature, such dramatic changesin temperature will inevitably lead to non-uniform temperature distribution structures,structures for their own safety and durability have a significant impact. According toAK0+315.2of He Bei Xingheng highway, the temperature field for long-term observation ofthe bridge in order to get the test results more accurately reflect the temperature field canbridge.Firstly, this paper systematically introduces domestic and foreign experts and scholarsstudying the history and current status of the temperature field and temperature effects, anddiscusses in detail the theoretical knowledge and temperature field calculation methods usedin the research process. Some provisions of the domestic and international norms regardingthe temperature field also made a related inquiry.Secondly, according to the site of PC continuous box girder bridges temperature fieldtrial data, analyzes and summarizes the role of sunshine temperature under PC continuous boxgirder distribution of various parts of the temperature field and the internal structure of PCcontinuous box girder hydration heat temperature field. On the basis of field trials on the useof Midas FEA structural analysis software for the numerical simulation of engineeringexamples and field measurement reflects the structure of the temperature effect of stress andstrain values were compared with the calculated value of software analysis, and furthervalidate the previous stage raised the accuracy of the temperature field and temperaturecharacteristics measured values. For PC continuous box girder bridge construction process temperature effects arisingfrom the impact of the crack engineering, combined with research and analysis process, basedon the summary of PC continuous box girder bridges on the distribution of temperature field,made a series of PC continuous box girder bridges temperature cracks the formation anddevelopment of control measures, provide the basis for future construction process, there issome reference value.
