Lightweight movable house has the advantages of lighter weight structure, shorter inusing, repeated use and the characteristics of the discontinuity service.Both safety andapplicability of structure must be considered when lightweight movable house is sufferingfrom wind and snow loads. Special structure design codes and standards have not been set forthe structure at home and aborad. So designers have to use indiscriminately the currentpractical design expression of general architectural structure. However, the design workinglife and load values are different, which is failed to reflect the characteristics of lightweightand temporary system.Considering the present situation of the application of different areas, this paper hasinvestigated the practical serviced life of movable house in different parts, and then divide itreasonablely. Based on the traditional theory of a second moment and considering thepractical characteristics of variable load effect for a high proportion, this paper get the targetreliability index of movable house with different design years. On the basis of simple loadcombination, using the subentry coefficient method for the representation, this paper get thedesign expressions under the bearing capacity limit state, which provides a theoretical basisfor the security of movable houses design.Based on the lightweight aluminum alloy movable house,the paper builds parameterizedfinite element model, we get the deflection limit and the lateral limit of the building by usingthe Monte Carlo and the Response Surface reliability calculation methods.Besides, this articlecompare the results with the current specification given by the general building structureallowed limit comparison. The amplification factor is given while compared to traditionalstructure deformation limit amplification coefficient, which provides scientific basis to checkthe applicability of the deformation.
