Steel tubular scaffold structure which hasbecome the maximum amount of our country, the most widely used kind of scaffolding,scaffolding accounted for more than65%of the total usage.However, with the continuous development of China’s economy in recent years therehave been many significant and serious accidents on the scaffolding support, high frequencyof accidents accounted for about25%of construction accidents, to people ’s lives andproperty caused significant damage, serious threat the construction industry, productionsafety. Complex causes of the accident, both non-standard construction management, butalso unscientific structural design, as well as the quality of their own defects scaffolding andconstruction site manual operation factors.This article focuses on the scaffolding itself from existing geometry defects start, AProvince, according to the statistics of the construction market, the proportion of all levels ofthe distribution of qualified construction companies, and then select Xi’an18principles inthe construction construction site construction steel scaffolding be measured in accordancewith the ratio of geometric imperfections (scaffolding pipe wall thickness, pipe diameter,the initial pole bending)1120initial defect data obtained form the initial defect steel tubularscaffold sample database, the use of mathematical statistics and probability theory analysismethods, with the DPS data processing system to remove abnormal data structure used tobuild the wall thickness of the cross section of the rod, diameter and bending randomlydistributed defects and parametric statistical databases.
