With the extension of the highway construction process and the gradual formation of thehighway network, the construction of mountain highway has been gradually universal.However, constrained by the inherent mountainous terrain geology, natural environmentalconditions, mountainous highway geological disasters occur frequently and the type is varied.Expressway construction in the mountains has many security risks, especially in high-dugslope engineering. So you need to pay special attention to high slope stability problemsdigging in the mountainous highway construction.In this paper, relying on the high slope excavation works of Leyi highway, Analyze highslope excavation and destruction and forecast various types of geological disaster. Establishedby FLAC3D numerical model, using strength reduction, to study the root pile of pile, pilelength, pile diameter impact of design parameters such as slope stability for high-digging.The results show: A slope set in the slope away from the foot of the slope of1/3at thenearby slope, multi-level set in the vicinity of the platform from the slope toe recently, inwhich case the safety factor is higher, and requires root pile length is shorter, smaller diameterpiles; Root pile must pass through initial sliding surface, and the pile longer than the criticallength of pile; For different pile, slope safety factor greater than1.8when pile fully throughthe new sliding surface; Closer to the toe of the root piles, pile diameter increases the effectof the more obvious, but near the top of the hill, set diagonally root pile more favorable.Use limit equilibrium method and finite element method, select a typical high slopeexcavation to analyze the stability of without protection, protective frame beams and root pileprotection under different conditions and calculations comparing. The results show: Root pilehas certain advantages in the high-cut slope protection.
