Prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge is based on the T structure andcontinuous beam, therefore it maintains the characteristic of continuous beam, like continuousseamless and driving comfort, but also inherites the characteristic of T rigid frame so that itmaximize the use balanced cantilever construction method, which eliminates the use oflarge-scale installation and maintenance costs mount. Because of superior constructionmethod and low economic indicators, the continuous rigid frame bridge is often selected whenbuild medium span Bridges on the river valley, mountain roads, large and medium-sizedrivers. Although continuous rigid frame bridge has many advantages, but also universallyexists concrete cracking, across the middle and lower scratching and other disease problem.These disease problems have a great relationship with the creep and shrinkage of concrete, thequality defects in construction, the control of prestress and other factors.The emergence ofthese problems will affect the durability of bridge and driving comfort, if not controlled, it canaffect the structure safety and using function of bridge.Therefore, we often do bridgereinforcement for these disease problems, but the design, construction, monitoring, anddetecting are often independent., so that it is hard to control the whole process of each linkand be difficult to fully grasp the effect of reinforcement.In view of the above problems, on the basis of identify and assess of damage conditionsof ontinuous rigid frame bridge, do targeted reinforcement design. Use new technologies, newtechnology and other measures, solve difficulties and focus during construction, elaboratelyorganize construction, ensure the construction quality, so that meet the design requirementsand specifications after the bridge reinforcement.Through the monitoring and control ofwhole construction process, ensure that the reinforced bridge is under dynamic internal forceand linear control.At last, assess the capacity of the reinforcement and verify the actual effectby bridge load test.Therefore, the paper mainly through the following research work toexplore the feasibility and necessity of the Integration of reinforcement design andconstruction monitoring of prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge relying on theHanjiadian-I bridge’s strengthening design and construction monitoring.In this paper, through the implementation of the project relies on engineering, combinedwith structural calculation analysis and project tracking, we can concluded that establishingthe integration system of reinforcement design and construction monitoring of bridge canmake bridge reinforcement more scientific and economy. The implementation of the integrationsystem provides a reliable experience for future similar reinforcement design and construction of prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge.
