Zero energy saving building not means the construction does not consume energy, butthe building through the use of good energy-saving measures as far as possible to reduceenergy consumption. While allowing renewable energy to be fully utilized to achieve energyand renewable energy capacity in the balance. Since the1970s, many developed countrieshave launched the zero energy saving building technologies research. Recently, The majordeveloped countries have formulated a medium and long-term planning of the zero energysaving building development in their documents of government instruction and technicaldevelopment target. The zero energy saving building will be the direction of energy-savingbuilding development.European countries in the field of zero-energy buildings started earlier and thetechnology is relatively mature.The British government has proposed zero energyconsumption limits that all new residential construction to achieve zero emissions in2016.Atpresent, studies on this subject have just started in our country. Scientific research institutions,the domestic new energy companies and real estate enterprises have launched a demonstrationof the "zero energy" building project."zero energy" building project will from a singledemonstration project to become the state oriented project. Today, Construction of Poyanglake ecological economic zone has risen to national strategies, which is the developmentstrategy of Jiangxi province in the coming decades. The basic orientation to the constructionof Ecological Economic Zone of Poyang Lake is prominent green and ecologicalcharacteristics. Zero Energy conservation in line with the region’s long-term strategicplanning.This article is researching on residential building in Poyang lake ecological economiczone. Through analysis the present situation of the natural conditions in this region, therenewable energy distribution, and the building thermal environment, to explore the suitableprinciple to be followed in this area for zero-energy residential construction and theenergy-saving measures can be taken. The specific research contents include next parts:(1)By querying lot of reading literature, to understand the research result and thedevelopmental dynamic of world zero energy building, then summarize technicalcharacteristics which zero energy building has at home and abroad.(2) From analysis all those aspects: the residential building layout, the palisadestructure,s heat preservation and heat insulation, high efficiency and energy saving electricalequipment, and its operation mode, the use of renewable energy and so on, to explore a suitable energy-saving technology roadmap for zero-energy residential building of this region.(3)This paper adopts efficient energy-saving technologies and uses computer simulationtechnology to calculate the annual energy consumption in a rural residential construction.Then, the paper selects the renewable energy that suitable to the case and proves thefeasibility of energy-saving technology through the building energy and renewable energyproduction data.(4) Through the case to comparing zero energy technology and traditional technologyand analysis the data of construction costs. from the building,s life cycle cost and paybackperiod two aspects, to prove the zero energy residential building is economically feasible.
