| The underground shield orbits are constrained by planning, buildings and structures. Weusually choose curved tunnels with a small curvature radius to avoid dense buildings,pipelines and other obstacles. In the long run, there will be more and more curved tunnelswith a small curvature radius in the city. Soil deformation, stress of tunnel segment and otherenvironmental safety problems caused by construction of shield tunnel with a small curvatureradius are immensely complex.And they are the key problem in design and construction ofshield tunnels, because they directly matter to engineering construction safety, quality andcost.According to the characteristics of turning section of shield tunnel with a small curvatureradius, monitoring schemes of The stress and deformation of surrounding soil and stress oftunnel segments affected by turning section of shield tunnel with a small curvature radiusconstruction are made.This paper monitor the process of turning section of shield tunnelconstruction including the layered soil settlement, horizontal displacement, pore waterpressure, earth pressure and tunnel segment stress through in-situ testing. Based on the scenesituation and relevant theories, this paper analyses the monitoring data. Followings are theresearch findings:(1) The variation of soil displacement, pore water pressure and soil pressure caused byconstruction of turning section of shield tunnel with a small curvature radius.(2) The variation of axial stress and circumferential stress of segments caused byconstruction of turning section of shield tunnel with a small curvature radius.Moreover, this paper draw peculiar rules of the turning section of shield tunnel with asmall curvature radius by comparing the turning section of shield tunnel’s variation abovewith the linear section of shield tunnel’s.They will provide the reference for the design,construction and environmental protection of shield tunnels with a small curvature radius. |
