Elevator safety issues have become hot topic in current society. For the long-termelevator has used for many years, its ageing components, serious wear and tear all lead tovarious faults, and even casualties accidents frequently occur. This has brought great threat topeople’s life and property security resulting in adverse social impact Therefore the researchon long-term service elevator safety evaluation techniques and methods has importantengineering value and social significance. The main research of this topic includes thefollowing aspects:(1)The research of safety evaluation index system of long-term serviceelevators.Through the statistics of elevator fault and the analysis of the cause of the problem,summarized the hazardous and dangerous state with the corresponding components to form asafety evaluation index system of each component. To study the performance of the wholemachine, and regard the vibration acceleration, starting and braking acceleration, averageacceleration as running performance parameters of the whole machine. On the basis of indexsystem, combining with practice, research principles and methods of classification index.(2)The research of safety evaluation site testing technology of long-term serviceelevator. Research risk identification and access method of long-term service elevatorcomponents, safety evaluation indicators of and test scheme of the whole machine running onthe performance evaluation index. On this basis, form the safety check list for field test andinformation records with the safety assessment of long-term service elevator.(3)The research of safety evaluation methods on long-term service elevator. Establishscales of risk assessment and risk factors, according to the different hazard states ofcomponents are described in the safety evaluation index, the comprehensive application ofPHA and FMEA methods to study the risk levels of each index in different conditions. Studythe machine running on the performance parameters of the relationship between the state ofthe components and subsystems, comprehensive consider index complete situation of theparts, proposed change index linear integrated comprehensive risk parameters correctionmethod, based on the overall performance and accordingly establish safety assessmentmathematical model of long-term service elevator.(4) The research of the rules of scrap of long-term service elevator parts and the wholemachine. On the basis of implement safety evaluation, establish risk criteria and rules of logicwhich is sentenced to scrap long-term service elevator parts and the whole machine, tosupport both parts and the whole machine to waste. (5) The establishment of safety assessment softwares of long-term service elevator.According to the safety evaluation model of long-term service elevator, use the Microsoft c#language to establish safety assessment program, which includes factors management ofsafety evaluation, risk calculation, the results processing and other functions, and by whichaccurate risk results can be obtained quickly, thus improve the efficiency of safety evaluation.(6) Engineering applications and example analysis of safety assessment technology andmethod of long-term service elevator. Based on the evaluation technology and methods of thissubject, research its engineering application, and a long-term service elevator is analyzed inspecific instances. The results show that the safety assessment technology and method of thelong-term service elevator are intuitive and effective.
