After the forging and rough machining process, the blank of the thin-walled parts needsannealing heat treatment process. However, annealing treatment process can’t reduce the residualstress well sometimes and the distribution of the residual stress are uneven. Combining the finiteelement simulation method and holl-drilling method to research the residual stress of TC4andGH4169thin-walled blank parts, and the residual stress before and after the annealing treatment ofTC4thin-walled parts. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, based on the thermal elastic-plastic theory and coupled analysis method, the annealingtreatment process of TC4thin-walled blank part was simulated after building finite element model tostudy the variation of temperature field and the distribution of stress field.Secondly, the residual stress of TC4thin-walled blank parts, GH4169thin-walled blank parts,TC4thin-walled parts before and after annealing treatment were measured by hole-drilling methodboth on inner and outer surface. The measurement results indicated that the distribution of the TC4and GH4169thin-walled blank parts were not well. And the annealing treatment after roughmachining process improved the residual stress distribution in the part, their consistency was poor.At last, combining the results of the finite element simulation and experiments, the initialresidual stress field were reconstructed based on coefficient correction. In order to research thedistortion of the parts, taking the reconstructed stress field as the initial condition, the machining ofTC4thin-walled parts were simulated by ABAQUS.
