In recent years,with the rapid development and utilization of undergroundspace,especially the rapid development of national and civil air defense engineeringalso has caused people to pay more attention to the underground buildings’ dampingand dehumidification.And all sorts of dehumidifying technology also has newbreakthrough and progress. But usually,in order to solve the emissions problem ofmoisture condensation water that produced during the dehumidification process, thedefenced underground engineering regards the condensate water as waste water andput it directly. It wastes a lot of water and cold quantity of low temperature. Thispaper combining the status of moisture condensation water utilization,put forwardthat we can centralize and recyle the condensent water and use it to cool thetemperature-regulated dehumidifier’s water-cooling condenser.This not only saveswater resources and reasonably use the low temperature of moisture condensationwater,and also solves the discharging problem of condensed water.This paper takes the commercial all fresh air temperature-regulated dehumidifieras the research object,analysing the running characteristics of dehumidifier,expounding the thermal physical parameters of wet water and the theoreticalcalculation of condensent water.Meanwhile,combined with the characteristics ofdifferent regions, Shanghai,Xi’an,Guangzhou and Beijing are selected and analysedthe applicability of moisture condensation water’s recycling of these four cities indetail.It turned out that the recycling of moisture condensation water is moreenergy-saving in Shanghai(east) and Guangzhou(south).According to the characteristics of the dehumidifier’s condensent water,theexperimental study on the moisture condensation water was made with the method oftheoretical analysis and experimental research.And analyses the energy-saving effectof condensed water.The experimental results show that when the inlet temperature ofcooling water falling from34℃to20℃gradually,the refrigerating capacity ofdehumidifier system increases3%~20%,the dehumidification capacity increases3%~10%, unit of the input power’s dehumidification capacity increases8%~44%, the input power declines3%~24%.Takes the dehumidifier whose dehumidificationcapacity is60kg/h as example, selects the moisture condensation water as theauxiliary heat source which is at low temperature,and the heat transfer temperature is6℃,and then we can conclude that the cooling capacity we can recycled is420w perhour.This can save the power consumption of the cooling tower’s fan.Everyday cansave electricity2.86kWh.Taking the working condition of underground whichrunning throughout the year for example,we can save power1043.9kWh peryear.Finally,together with the present situation of temperature and humidity controland the characteristic that the low cooling water can narrow the thermal control blindarea,the dehumidifier experimental research was conducted on its temperature andhumidity.And put forward the imagine that reduce the inlet cooling temperature canimprove the precision of temperature and humidity control,which will provide atheoretical reference for the subsequent experiments on dehumidifier’s temperatureand humidity control.
