The war is full of antagonism, and it is a game of life or death. After the executionof actions, both sides want the battlefield state to transform as their wish, and theCourse of Action (COA) is doing the work to make sure that the battlefield statesatisfies the commander’s wish as much as possible. As the development of informationtechnology, the war’s cadence is compacter. Whether one can take the contra pose to theother’s actions will means win or lost. The main points of this paper are how to use theTimed Influence Net to develop the Course of Action, and how to develop COA underthe condition of changeable time factor. By using the Game Thoery, we build and try tosolve the actions starting execution time optimizing model and COA developmentmodel. At last, this paper gives some demonstrations to illustrate the model and itsresolvent, and does some analysis work on those demonstrations’ result.. The mainwork of this paper is shown as belows:(1) This paper proposes a framework of using the Timed Influence Net to developCOA. By working on Timed Influence Net and Game Theory, and using the COAdevelopment rule, this paper proposes a solution framework, and all the work of thispaper is under this framework. In this paper, we build two models: Modeling andsolution of optimizing the action’s starting execution time in sequential game and COAdevelopment based on Timed Influence Net and Game theory.(2) This paper proposes an optimizing model of action’s starting execution time insequential game. According to the Timed Influence Net and the COA developing rule,we choose CAST logic to discribe the relationship between two nodes. In the model ofCOA development based on squential game and influence net, we do the work ofoptimizing the action’s starting execution time. We build a model, and give its solution.At last, a demonstration is given to illustrate the model and its resolvent, and we analyzethis demonstration’s result.(3) This paper proposes a resource consuming and producting model. We analyzethe existent description of resource restriction, and discover that there are manyshortcomings. Combining the need of using Timed Influence Net to develop COA, webuild a new action’s consuming and producting model, and bring the changing map ofresource restriction in, and analyze its rationality.(4) This paper proposes a COA development model based on Timed Influence Netand Game. Under the framework of this paper, we firstly build a global time model byrefering to the optimizing model of action’s starting execution time, then bring theresource consuming and producting model in and using the way of resource restrictionto describe the before-after restriction between two actions, and finally build the COAdevelopment model based on Timed Influence Net and Game. And at last, a demonstration is given to illustrate the model and its resolvent, and we do some analysiswork on this demonstration’s result.
