Based on the complex composited structures with large spanare increasinglyapplied in engineering practice, it’s to imminent to get further understanding about itsnature and how to calculate more easily when applied in engineering practice. On thebasis of predecessors’ work, aiming at the complex mixed collaborative analysis and theoverall seismic response of the structure, this article took a Grand Theatre as anexample, using general finite element software Midas Gen, researchedthecollaborativeperformance of the theatreand the earthquake response.This paper mainly did the following work:1)Starting from the architectural function and appearance, determined the structurescheme of the Grand Theater and make selection inconcept.2) On the basic situation of theGrand Theatre, adopt different system with thecorresponding calculation assumes, used different design software to design each one,and checkedin the platform MidasGen and assemble into the overall model.3) Maked dynamic and static analysis on the model of monomer and the overallcollaborative one. The analysis included:(1) Study the response on the static force,displacement, internal force, stability of the different monomer and the whole structure,the stability reaction mainly discussed the linear elastic stability eigenvalue bucklingproblems and nonlinear stability considering geometric, proposed reference of thebuckling load factor;(2) Analysis the income spectrum, the fundamental frequency,vibration mode with Rayleigh-ritz vector method;(3) Study the different response onthe internal force and static dynamic internal force under different bottom bearingstiffness and different quality. The results showed that the overall cooperation showedgenerally unfavorable, engineering design should consider the structure as a whole.4) Added calculation under the multi-dimensional earthquake input, discussed themulti-dimensional seismic response of the whole structure.5)Finally, according to the analysis of research results, summarized the mainfactors and related seismic performance of the hybrid structure synergy effect, proposedopinions and suggestions.
