Due to its own advantages, raft structure has become a common base type ofhigh-rise buildings. However, because the volume of raft foundation is large, and therequirement of concrete construction technology is high, it is very common thatconstruction control is improper in the process of construction and concrete raft cracks.With a new raft in high-rise building structure reinforcement for the object,thispaper studies cracking problems of concrete for raft foundation structure under thecondition of pile foundation displacement,and the relevant technology of the concretecrack control combining with analysis and comparison between the finite elementanalysis software and the measured values,specifically include the following aspects:①I n reference to domestic and foreign literature,the paper studies the mechanismand harmfulness of raft structure foundation concrete cracks under the condition of pilefoundation displacement. At the same time, the paper puts forward the raft structurecrack control methods the analysis of concrete factors such as the raw material selection,mix proportion design of concrete and the pretreatment of the raw material.②By studying the raft concrete structure crack control measures of construction,the paper builds a multi-objective temperature crack control system of the raft structurefoundation through construction of the deployment, the concrete quality control ofconcrete construction, the construction technology of optimization and etc.③T his article intercepts a quarter raft structure plane as the finite elementcalculation model, determines the parameters for the model calculation and thedeformation constraint condition and gets the temperature and stress change rule of raftstructure foundation concrete cracks under the condition of pile foundationdisplacement through calculation and analysis.④The paper confirms the validity of calculation model by comparing thecalculated value with the actual monitoring data.
