As the development of the technology of the bullet train and the high-speed railtrain, it has been putted forward higher requirements on railway technology andequipment. Planned maintenance work which was carried out on the vehicle is animportant link to ensure the normal operation of the railway vehicle. The High-speed railtrain is the high-end rail train equipment which is developed by ourselves, but becauseof the application time be short, the maintenance technology is lagging and the level ofthe equipment is low, mainly reflected in the low automatic degree to repair and lackingof automatic equipment. It need to remove the wheel,the brake and the bearing from theaxle, but the fit between the wheel and the axle or the bearing and the axle belonging tohigh interference fit, it need a large force to withdrawal. Thus special withdrawalequipment is needed to withdrawal in order to check.Based on the related problems in the process of the withdrawal, referring to thethesis about the withdrawal or Press-fitting at home and abroad, a set of withdrawalmachine which meets the requirements of the actual processing is designed, and te mainwork of this paper is as follow:(1)The structural features and working principles of the various type of the dynamictype and non-dynamic wheel of the high-speed trains are systematically studied, andbased on them,the technological process of the withdrawal is putted forward.(2)According to the technological process of the withdrawal and combining with thepossible problems in the process of the withdrawal, a design which is satisfied theprocess to implement is putted forward.(3)For the lift positioning difficult problem which caused by different structure andshape of the wheel set, and the toppling phenomenon of the feeding car caused by theoverturning moment in the transporting which is caused by the gravity of the wheel set,a design type of the feeding car which could meet the actual requirements is designed andovercome the problem of positioning difficult and needing counterweight of thetraditional feeding car. (4)For the structure problem of the gantry framework of the withdrawal machineand the problem of the working reliability, strength and stiffness,this paper analyzedthe static stiffness and the deformation of the gantry framework from the perspective ofthe finite element, and used the optimized design structure optimization module of theMARC finite element software to analyze the area with large deformation to achieve thegantry frame structure which is satisfied the design requirements.
