Abstract/Summary:
The TC18titanium alloy is a high stress’s α+β type material. Rest upon thematerial’s integrated excellent property, is applied in all kinds of aspects such asaerospace, military and the medical system. The aircraft’s landing gear is the veryimportant part on the aircraft’s structure. Base on some data, about2/3fly accidents iscaused by and associated with the aircraft’s landing gear. So, because of the scienceand the technology’s rapidly development, the property of the aircraft’s landing gearmust be reformed and improved, must be step forward the high reliability and lifetime and the low repair cost. Hence, the research of the aircraft’s landing gear havethe important significance. In addition, with the high development of computer’sproperty and the technology of the finite element analysis’s perfect and apply to thescience and research gradually, is analysis by the finite element analysis,will take themost important action of forecast the defects in the forming processing and how toavoid the problems. The main work and the achievements are as follows:1. Taking a aircraft’s landing gear stand column as an example, and taking theconsideration from the aspect of the TC18material forge formation and theprocessing, the dissertation at last put forward the three forge and forming solutions.2. The3D model of the aircraft’s landing gear is established by the3d designingsoftware of CATIA. Based on the model, the dies of the three formation solutions isdesigned, and accordingly, the blank is designed3. Based on the theory of the rigid plastic finite element analysis, by the softwareof the finite element analysis, called Deform-3d, the aircraft’s gear stand column’sforge forming processing is stimulated. The stimulation’s main task is aimed at thethree forming solutions, and on the two equipments of the forge press and the hammerforge press.4.The TC18aircraft’s landing gear’s forming parameters is researched throughthe orthogonal arrays design method, and combined with the finite element analysismethod. At last, put forward the best forge solutions.
