With the development of tansport system, the mileage,load and speed of railwaytransport is improving continuously. Schnabel Wagon is one of the long-huge freightwagon designed to transit quite heavy-duty cargoes such as Large generator stator,military equipment and so on. The wagon is so large in size, so complicated in structureand so heavily it loads that it possesses extensively.high technology.According to thestructural characteristics and the practical weighing demands, on the basis ofcomprehensive analysis of the kinematics and mechanical properties, the experimentalresearch of weighing is carried out.The main research content are as follows:(1)Four lifting mechanisms of the Schnabel Wagon are proposed based on thedemands that the Schnabel Wagon can lift the goods safely and steadily. The workingprinciples together with the advantages and disadvantages of each mechanism areanalyzed and compared.Using the Complex Vector Method, the kinematics analysis on theadopted lifting mechanism of Schnabel wagon are implemented. The output and inputcurves of position, velocity and acceleration are plotted and then verified through ADAMSsimulation.(2)Through the Static analysis of adopted lifting mechanism of Schnabel Car on thegravity condition and the ideal condition, respective calculation formulas between theweight of goods and the force of pressing cylinder are obtained.(3)According to the structural features of Schnabel Car, three weighing methods areproposed: the weighing methods of using pressing cylinder based on frictioncompensation,the weighing methods of using hydraulic side bearing cylinder based onangle sensor, the weighing methods of using hydraulic sideshift cylinder based on thefriction coefficient. the factors of beam deformatiom and Hydraulic cylinder’s friction thatimpact on the weighing precision are explored to obtain the relationship between thosefactors and weighing precision.(4)A model machine about the adopted lifting mechanism and electro-hydraulicweighing experimental system are designed. On the basis of the overall theoretical analysis on the model machine, the experiment on the weighing methods of using pressingcylinder and on the weighing methods of using hydraulic side bearing cylinder inconditions of considering friction and neglecting friction is conducted respectively.Some research on the lifting mechanism and on electro-hydraulic weighing is carriedout, which can guide the further research on the mechanism of Schnabel wagon and on theelectro-hydraulic weighing practically and theoretically...
