In recent year, the energy conservation and environmental protection becomeincreasingly concerned topic, and the traditional clay brick due to damage to theenvironment, already can not adapt to the requirements of The Times, new wall materialsbegan to become increasingly the focus of people. Hydraulic pressure brick machine is themost key equipment of new wall brick production line, while actively absorbing foreigntop technology, continuously improve itself, and growing up. So, according to thecharacteristics of the wall brick press to research press, and according to the researchresults to improve the performance of the press, has a far-reaching significance.This paper aims a certain factory KDQ1300automatic hydraulic press as the researchobject, emphatically analyses the box in the friction, deduces the equation of friction, getsthe friction parameter expression by using linear regression method, and aimes at theproblem of high friction in the frame, the scavenge oil of frame modified proportionalrelief valve solution is put forward; By means of C-mex S functions in Matlab software,the actual equivalent functions of PLC control program is connected to the simulationmodel, and a complete simulation model is built base on the software of Simulink toolbox,this model contains control part, load and hydraulic parts. Combined with the modelanalysis of three pressing procedures of the compressor.Secondly, for by adjusting the thickNess of the fabric to meet the requirements ofstress and displacement, write the full automatic pressing procedures, the procedures canbe automatically return to suppress parameter values; the two cases suppressioncharacteristic curves of the press is got by simulation, combined with the simulationresults calculate to get pressing parameters meet the pressing pressure with displacementrequirements.Finally, through the methods of automatic pressing procedures and artificial testdebug press,the curves of displacement of the cylinder and frame, friction, crushing forceand the pressure of box two cavity are got, verify that the return line used proportional relief valve and automatic pressing procedures are rationality and superiority bycomparing with two curves.
