Research And Application Of Positioning Car Drive Energy Saving Control

Positioning car is one of the major equipment to pull the loaded car in dumper system.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the resistance of lengthy heavy freight car whichcontains the basic resistance and the additional resistance based on relevant data domesticand abroad. Basic resistance analysis contains the wheel track friction resistance andbearing resistance. Additional resistance analysis contains ramp-way additional resistance,the curve resistance and the air resistance.Secondly, on the basis of in-depth analysis of resistance, the model for driving powerof positioning car is established. Then analysis and check of the load and the power ofpositioning car is carried out, and the power matching is discussed, which provides thetheory basis for the power matching and parameter choice of positioning car.Finally, combined with the knowledge of load factor, this paper analyzes the loadfactor of positioning car, and puts forward a energy conservation measure based onimproving the load factor, then calculates percentage of energy conservation. According tofield work environment of car dumper system in qinhuangdao port authority, mechanicalstructure of positioning car and other external influence factors, we carry out theexperimental demonstration. The experimental results show that timely cutting motor, sothat the motor under reasonable load rate, will be able to realize the energy saving.
