| The organic solar cells for its simple process, low production cost, light weight, flexible,massive manufacturing characteristics have attracted more and more attentions from scientiststo laboratories at home and abroad, it is also take many measures to improve the performanceof solar cells. Organic solar cells because of its short service life, low efficiency reasonshindered its massive production, in order to promote the commercialisation of organic solarcells, we must improve the efficiency of energy conversion and longevity. Poly (3-hexylthiophene) poly real (3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT) and C60derivatives [6,6]-phenyl C60-butyric acid methyl eater (PCBM) are the most widely used at present, which are the moststable performance of the materials. In this paper, we used the two kinds of materialsrespectively as polymer solar cells of donor and acceptor materials, studied the modificationof polymer interface buffer layer to improve the performance of solar cells, espicallyimproving the photoelectric conversion efficiency of polymer solar cells. In the secondchapter, the anode buffer layer of PEDOT: PSS was modified. Contrast doping DMAC inPEDOT:PSS with spin DMAC on the PEDOT:PSS, by comparing the performance of thedevices, we concluded that when the DMAC spin coat on PEDOT:PSS at3000rpm, it can getthe biggest performance of the battery. Which makes the energy conversion efficiency of solarbattery PCE of3.73%, short circuit current density Jsc=11.74mA/cm2.In the third chapter, we spin coat a higher boiling point solvent on the active layer, whichcan reducing the active layer of solvent volatilization. As result, it is advantage to P3HT andPCBM have a good network structure to each other. Because it is advantage to the transport ofelectrons and holes, which increase short circuit current density, thereby increasing theperformance of the devices. In the fourth chapter, on the basis of added cathode buffer layer,to improving the morphology of the active layer at the same time, by adding a self-assembledmolecular materials in organic solvent, cathode buffer layer are formed during annealing,which is advantage to the transport of electronic, reduce the number of holes and electronscompound, then increase the performance of the device. |
