Technology Of Construction Of Offshore Platform Module Structure

With the development of onshore and offshore storage of fresh waterconsumption of resources, the oil is booming, while the development of offshore oilhas become a challenge of marine industry. The construction of offshore oil platformis also more and more attention, how to high quality and efficient construction ofoffshore oil platform, has become a universal concern investors and engineeringproblem. This paper discusses in detail the different construction process and methodof LF13-2oil platform module, QHD32-6oilfield wellhead platform block landconstruction, built from deck fabrication to module structure space and moduleintegration, analyzes the different construction technology, construction method todetermine more the reasonable economy.LF13-2oilfield and QHD32-6oilfield is an important oil and gas developmentproject of Offshore Oil Engineering Corp. Through the analysis and comparison of thedeck plate and manufacturing method thereof, from the period of construction, humaninput, the difficulty of construction and other aspects of the positive and negativeprocessing methods that apply to the deck, the deck plate making, can quicklycomplete the smaller weight, deck plate with regular structure. Through the analysisof LF13-2oil platform module fabrication segmental and whole prefabricated, for acomplete analysis of the construction efficiency, construction period etc. For theinstallation space, based on the ROW Qinhuangdao32-6oilfield two block employsthe vertical slice technology and deck plate overall layer installed two spaceconstruction techniques were analyzed and compared, the deck plate overalllayer-by-layer installation and construction method, convenient construction andmanagement, reduce equipment, material consumption, improve work efficiency, andthe construction process should be popularized and applied in other projects. With theblock construction process of continuous development, this paper also discusses theprocess of building block of integration.In this paper, through the study of prefabricated on block and the installationprocess, analysis and comparison of block of different structure and deck plate,constructed to provide a reference for other wellhead platform block land.
